Ingredients:
3 Cups Puffed rice (Murmura)
1/2 medium sized Onion (Optional)
1/2 medium Tomato
1 tea spoon Chilli powder
1/4 tea spoon Curry Powder (Optional)
1/2 tea spn Mustard seeds
1/4 tea spn Cumin seeds
Some curry leaves
Some coriander leaves
Pinch of Salt
Oil

Procedure:
Soak the puffed rice in a large bowl of water. Add salt the water if the puffed rice is not already salty. Squeeze the water out of Murmura after 5 mins.

Heat oil in a small Kadai and add mustard and cumin seeds. Wait until they start popping and add finely chopped onions. Fry the onions for about 4 mins and add curry leaves. Add chopped tomato pieces to the oil and fry for a minute only. Now add soaked puffed rice, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt and curry powder. Mix well. Close the lid and let it cook on a low heat for about 4 mins.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Preferably serve hot.
